1. I remember, I remember when my kids were younger. That’s a photo I took of Andy and Lizzi for our Christmas card one year, they were so cute!
2. Dear Mom I want you to know I can’t believe it will be a year next month since you died.
3. Is that my freakin’ age!!???
4. I’m trying to resist the temptation of buying more camera lenses.
5. I’m saving a hug just for you!
6. If I made a birthday list spending a day with my new granddaughter would definitely be on it!!!
7. And as for the weekend, tonight I’m looking forward to a birthday dinner for Andy, tomorrow my plans include errands and lunch out with my hubby and Sunday, I want to go for a drive and try out my new wide angle camera lens!
Resisting lenses — been there — I’m daydreaming about this one.
Resistance is futile.
Great lens, hope you can get it soon! I just had to send my canon 24-105 in because it’s not focusing, I miss it already, partly because I use the macro a lot:(
i am needing to buy a wide too… and a list of other things for a house. I was promised one for my birthday last year and never got it… that kind of year!
Love your photo. I can’t believe it is almost September again either. Where did it go? Babies were incubated from seed, and are here drinking and cooing. What is that song, Wild wild life? oooo…
OH—I want a new lens also–but first I have to buy the fancy camera so that I can then ‘have’ all of the lens that I want…. ha ha ha—in my dreams!!!!
Great picture of your kids, Lilli. Would you want to go back to those days and do it all again???? I love my sons–but never would I want to do it again. ha
Have a great weekend.
Hugs,
Betsy
The children were beautiful (and probably still are) and they were SO alike in looks. Were/are their personalities similar too?
They were both very kind and sensitive little kids. They grew up to be quite different in many ways, but that they are still both very thoughtful, loving adults and a joy to their old mom:)
What a sweet photo!
I think buying new lenses is one of the most reasonable things to do. Whenever possible, go for it!
Happy Friday and weekend ahead!! Thank you for stopping by my blog today. I didn’t have an e-mail address for you, so I’m leaving my thankyous here 🙂
Great exercise. Your kids were very cute. I did catch up today. I’m either going to have to cut back on my calorie intake or get a wide angle lens for family portraits. Pappy
That picture captures so much emotion…really great shot.
